Peace Mala Endorsement

Hate Crime Officer South Wales Police

I would like to say a few words about the great work being done by Peace Mala in schools.  I am a hate crime officer and work in the Neath, Port Talbot and Swansea area.

I have seen first-hand the results of the involvement of Peace Mala in schools and have noticed a definite shift towards a more inclusive, non-judgemental culture.  Pupils become more accepting of others whatever their faith, culture or lifestyle. Any education programme that can boast of these results is worthy of praise.

I particularly like Peace Mala’s golden rule 'Treat others as you would wish them to treat you'. From a hate crime perspective this rule will only improve harmony in our communities and reduce conflict and hostility.

Pam's enthusiasm for her work is incredible and is to be commended.   I wholeheartedly endorse the work done by Peace Mala.
